Hello arc|community,

We are moving the arc|community Website so that Longview Analytics will be included in the same Community Portal as the other insightsoftware family of products.

You can still access all the same essential information as you could from the arc|community on the insightsoftware Community Portal, but please take note of the following name changes and differences:

• Product Releases - The Download page can now be accessed from https://help.insightsoftware.com/s/article/Current-Version-All-Products. After selecting Longview Analytics from the selection you will be lead to the Download page and you can still access different downloads, release notes and guides from this page.
• Libraries - The Product Library can be found here https://help.insightsoftware.com/s/article/Longview-Analytics-Product-Documentation and has been scaled down to only include relevant up to date information/files.
• Product Documentation - The Knowledge Base page can be found on the main page of https://help.insightsoftware.com/s/ and is now listed under categories instead of being in alphabetical order.
• Change Requests - UserVoice has now been replaced with the Ideas page which can be accessed from the main page on https://help.insightsoftware.com/s/ This is where you can raise change requests for Longview Analytics. Ideas can be seen by other members of the community and be voted on to increase their priority and will be reviewed by our product management team on monthly basis.
