Web Pivoting with arcplan Enterprise 7
arcplan Enterprise 7 offers some new capabilities that conveniently bring the power of pivot tables to the web, and makes it easy for non-technical users to create customized reports.
Wikipedia offers the following definition for pivot table: "…a data summarization tool found in data visualization programs such as spreadsheets… or business intelligence software. Among other functions, pivot-table tools can automatically sort, count, total or give the average of the data stored in one table or spreadsheet. It displays the results in a second table (called a "pivot table") showing the summarized data."
arcplan Enterprise 7 can create pivot tables based on data sources that are able to use MDX or SQL. Features such as data graphing and, as of now, drag and drop make such reports easy and rewarding to use.
